Employment history and personal records
Send every certificate with its seals, annexes and marked reverse sides. Employment dates, roles and organisations should remain as recorded. A change of employer or company name over the years may explain why documents appear inconsistent. Translation should not resolve that by altering a source; references can instead clarify the sequence.
A civil certificate can carry later annotations. In an academic file, translation conveys source qualification names and grades without determining their equivalence in Spain. The recipient decides which originals and additional requirements it accepts. An unclear name or figure needs a sharper copy before certification can be confirmed.
Companies, agreements and powers
A Romanian power or company extract can contain appointments and granted powers whose function must be preserved. Legal translation examines clauses and references without turning a Romanian institution into a Spanish one by resemblance. Send connected items and mark those to be filed. A later registry note may change how an earlier appointment is understood.

For private reading of an agreement, Romanian translation without sworn form may suffice. For presentation to an organisation, ask whether official certification is required and which parts are in scope. The document type alone cannot settle that question. A useful proposal distinguishes the main text, annexes and any record in another language.
Direction and use abroad
Romanian into Spanish and Spanish into Romanian are different assignments. For a Spanish procedure, the appropriate authorisation and availability are checked. If a Spanish document is going to Romania, the Romanian recipient must specify which translation and certification it accepts. Spanish sworn status does not automatically guarantee acceptance there.
A set may contain bilingual forms or English attachments. Supply every page and mark what the receiving body wants translated. Two columns need not carry identical later notes. A courtesy version in another language may help explain a detail but should not silently replace the source to be certified.
Signature, delivery and authentication
The authorised professional certifies under the applicable framework. Electronic signing may be possible where the prescribed method is available and the recipient accepts a digital file. A printout of a signed PDF is not necessarily the electronic original. Tell us about paper, extra copies or dispatch when making the enquiry.
Apostille or legalisation of the underlying document, if required, is separate from translation. Ask which items need authentication and include an existing apostille so its wording can be assessed. A translator's signature does not itself replace a source formality.

Preparing a quotation
Send clear scans of every piece, direction, countries of issue and use, receiving organisation, deadline and medium. Explain whether certificates form an employment sequence and whether any version was corrected. Length, notes, subject and professional availability shape timing and price. A figure based only on the number of certificates can miss dense or handwritten pages.
Read about sworn translation and the quality approach. Use the quote form to send the file and recipient's instructions. Where the immediate need is to understand part of a work history, a separate working translation can be scoped.
For records from several employers, identify which certificate covers each period. A repeated date may refer to an appointment, contract change or issue date; it should not be labelled an error without examining the source. Keeping these functions distinct allows the recipient to read the work history without changing what each document actually records.
If one record has been reissued, tell us whether it replaces an earlier certificate or supplies additional information. The recipient may still require both. An amended source cannot simply be substituted after a translation has been certified; the professional needs to examine the new wording, issue date and any altered seals before preparing the final deliverable.
Frequently asked questions
Can several Romanian employment certificates be translated?
Send all pieces, dates and the receiving body's requirement. The relationship between employers and periods can be assessed. Certified scope follows the sources you will submit.
Does a Romanian diploma need sworn translation?
The institution and procedure determine that. Supply the award, supplement and instructions. Translation itself does not confer academic equivalence.
What if a company changed its name?
Send records showing the sequence and mark the dates. Each source is translated as issued, without rewriting an older name. The relationship between pieces is checked for consistency.
Is electronic signing accepted?
The professional's method and recipient's acceptance must be checked. Tell us if a digital file or paper is required. A printout may not preserve its electronic-original status.
Will a Spanish sworn translation into Romanian work in Romania?
That should not be assumed. The Romanian body specifies the certification it needs. Its instructions guide direction and delivery form.
